Before we can consider any request, it is necessary for you to submit a tenancy application.
All applications need to be fully completed before an application will be considered. Reference checks are done and final approval is made with consultation with the landlord. A rental bond of 4 weeks rent is required with two weeks rent payable in advance at all times.
